Top 5 Travel and Local Apps Performance in Bulgaria Q3 2021

In the third quarter of 2021, the top 5 travel and local apps in Bulgaria showed varied performance trends in terms of weekly downloads and active users. Here’s a closer look at each app's performance based on data from Sensor Tower.

Booking.com: Hotels & Travel experienced a noticeable decline in weekly downloads, starting from around 6.5K at the end of June and dropping to approximately 2.8K by the end of September. Active users followed a similar downward trend, decreasing from around 65.9K in late June to about 50.3K by the end of the quarter.

Lime - #RideGreen had a consistent performance in weekly downloads, hovering around 2K throughout the quarter. Active users remained relatively stable, starting at around 7.1K and ending at approximately 7.1K as well.

Google Earth saw a slight fluctuation in weekly downloads, averaging around 1.7K with minor dips and rises. Active users showed a stable trend, maintaining around 11.5K to 11.2K throughout the quarter.

Pass2U Wallet - digitize cards exhibited a gradual increase in weekly downloads, starting at around 836 and rising to approximately 1.1K by the end of September. Active users also increased steadily from about 1.1K to around 1.4K during the same period.

Wizz Air - Book, Travel & Save maintained a consistent download rate, with numbers ranging from approximately 1.1K to 1.4K. Active users showed a positive trend, growing from around 4.5K to about 5.4K by the end of the quarter.
